Met a friend for a girls night out. Had a fabulous dinner here. Lovely ambience, great service from lovely waitresses. Really good food. Highly recommended. Will definitely go there again.

Our second stay at the Kings Arms. Charlotte our waitress was wonderful and very personable with nothing being too much trouble, this could not be said for one other waitress. The last night of our three night stay was a nightmare with thumping music from a private function booming until 11.50. The small print at the bottom of our booking confirmation did state there may be private parties on occasion. We accept this but because of that we will not be returning and wouldn’t recommend the hotel to friends and family.

After the terribly frustrating experience trying to book lunch by telephone, we managed to book on line. We received a very friendly welcome good attentive service and a very good lunch from the fixed price menu. Thank you to the staff who entertained us well and zero points for the telephone system at Harbour Hotels.
